Michelle DiCarlo is a paralegal in the Washington, D.C. office. Ms. DiCarlo works in the practice areas of trademark prosecution and trademark litigation. Ms. DiCarlo prepares and files trademark prosecution documents and post registrations documents with the Trademark Office, as well as filings with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She performs extensive research and trial preparation. She also handles all exhibits in the courtroom during trial.
