Patrick Fields has been a member of the firm’s corporate, financial services and international trade groups since joining the firm in 1982.
Patrick represents clients in regulatory and lending matters for offices of non-US-based banks and other lenders in California and assists clients in commercial matters including secured transactions, distribution and other agreements.
He has also worked with clients on antidumping, customs, local tax issues, acquisitions and joint ventures, including cross-border transactions, and other business matters.
Patrick is a member of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section and the State Bar of California’s Real Estate Law Section.
