
Brie Zarzour’s practice is concentrated in civil litigation, including product and professional liability, insurance coverage, trucking and construction law. She represents businesses and insurers in significant commercial and tort litigation. She also regularly works with regional and community-based financial institutions on litigation matters involving banking law.
In addition, Ms. Zarzour works with personal representatives and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts. She has both defended clients against and pursued others based upon claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion of funds and undue influence.
Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, Ms. Zarzour served as an extern for U.S. District Court Judge Callie V.S. Granade in the Southern District of Alabama.
