Alan Pryor is a litigation attorney with experience in complex commercial litigation, personal injury and wrongful death actions, financial services litigation, construction litigation, and government and internal investigations.
Alan advises and represents clients engaged in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeal. Alan has worked on cases in a variety of industries, including utilities, energy, oil & gas, construction, financial services, healthcare, and technology.
